Acting as a bridge between communities and formal healthcare services, Community Health Workers are at the center of everything we do at El Sol. Through our training, program participants will gain insights into the role of CHW/P/Rs. We emphasize interactive learning, practical exercises, and group discussions to enhance understanding and application. By providing training and technical assistance, we help to build the capacity of organizations so they can integrate CHW/P/Rs into their workforce teams and implement the promotor model. As El Sol trains more CHW/P/Rs, entities need to be better prepared to fully embrace CHW/P/Rs in order to have them reach their full potential.
